DELIVERY

 

Delivery in Ukraine:

• Nova Poshta – calculation of the cost of payment (from the city of Kryvyi Rih)
• Ukrposhta – Normal delivery time is 1-2 weeks.
• Orders over €180 ship for free. We use the national postal service for delivery, which usually takes about 2 to 4 weeks.

 

Worldwide delivery:

• UkrPoshta – The standard delivery time from Ukraine is 2 to 4 weeks to any location worldwide. Due to the ongoing war in Ukraine and the Russian invasion, the estimated delivery time may be slightly longer.
• Please contact us to discuss shipping with any carrier that is convenient for you.
• Delivery via the national carrier UkrPoshta costs €20, paid by the customer. Additional taxes may apply in the recipient’s country, meaning the recipient may be charged extra at the post office upon receiving the parcel.
• NovaPoshta offers faster delivery but is more expensive, with prices reaching up to €30 for a 5 kg parcel.
